Water Polo Victoria has announced the appointment of Greig Richardson to the role of High Performance Manager.

The focus of the role is to lead Water Polo Victoria High Performance Programs (Academy and State) with a renewed focus on individual athlete development, aiding with selection within programs and to develop training programs for coaches to implement.

Greig's role will include targeting up-and-coming coaches and engaging them in our programs. He will also lead the organisation in coaching education across the community.
