Richmond Water Polo Club would like to acknowledge the significant contributions of our female members & volunteers. From athletes, coaches, managers and committee members our club community benefits from your involvement and support every day.

Over the past four years we have focused on gender equity in terms of access to training and coaching, pathways to become coaches and committee members as well as equalising the cost of bathers for both men and women.

We are invested in gender equity, we think about it, we value it and we continue to make changes on how we operate to make our club a more inclusive and supportive environment for all of our members. Our journey continues but we are proud of the progress we have made so far.
