NATIONAL STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

The National State Championships have wrapped up, and we want to extend a huge congratulations to all the athletes who represented our state so proudly! These tournaments are always tough—long days and physical demands—but this year, the weather added an extra layer of challenge.

Our Richmond athletes gained invaluable experience playing against the best teams from across Australia, and we know their water polo skills will be stronger because of it.

Special congratulations to the WPVIC award winners, announced at the team dinner on Sunday night:

  • U15 Girls

    • MVP: Ruby Hockings

    • Coaches Award: Ella Spiteri

  • U17 Boys

    • MVP: Harris Anderson

Here are the final ladder standings for our teams:

  • U15 Girls – 8th

  • U15 Boys – 6th

  • U17 Girls – 4th

  • U17 Boys – 7th
